Nashville, Tenn. – Trial Exhibits, Inc sponsored the Southeastern Region of the American Board of Trial Advocates (SEABOTA) Convention held at the Hermitage Hotel in April, 2010. Chris Haley, Director of Litigation Support, addressed the members of the convention in a speech on the admissibility and effectiveness of 3D animations in the courtroom. Specifically, Mr. Haley described recent advancements in technology that have made animation and interactive exhibits affordable to all law firms regardless of their trial budget. Additionally, he highlighted the importance of planning and preparation to gain admissibility, the choice of simulation vs. computer animation, expert testimony, proper disclosure and objections. He concluded by explaining that 3D animations and interactive exhibits are very compelling when attempting to convey complex issues and arguments to the jury.
